Steps to Reproduce

1. Rescue a survivor while having Babysitter equipped
2. The rescued survivor sees the buff icon

Explanation

The rescued survivor has 15% base haste for 15 seconds, instead of 20%. It appears as though the 10% haste from Babysitter is added separately instead of the basekit haste being modified.

The perk description states "Increases the strength of their Haste Status Effect by +10%" and not "They gain an additional 10% haste". Even if this was the case, it would never be 10% in the first 15 seconds as the diminishing returns is being (incorrectly) applied.
