Steps to Reproduce

1. I used hidey ho mode
2. I tried to do slice & dice close of a pallet to go under it
3. It immediately put the destroy button
4. I did destroy it
5. For the whole game my skill was not recharging
6. I couldn't do anything else than m1
7. I was using the brute class
8. I was using the Tiffany skin

Explanation

while playing in 2v8 as tiffany my skills couldnt work at all for like half of the match until the end
