Actual Result:	Flashlight turned on, then "off". Visually aimed forward but no beam was produced, unable to flash-save
Expected Result:	Survivor would scream, but Flashlight would activate regardless

Additional Notes & Comments:	While not a bug I encountered, thought it was worth reporting

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip "Scene Partner" (Nicholas Cage)
2. Equip Flashlight (in this instance, Purple rarity; unknown if rarity matters)
3. Attempt to use Flashlight when Scene Partner triggers

Explanation

Survivor Perk "Scene Partner" interrupts the usage of Flashlight
