Steps to Reproduce

  1. Change your framerate to 30 FPS and look around as killer.
  2. Change your framerate to 120 FPS and look around as killer, noticing how it takes more effort to look the same distance

Explanation

Mouse Movement seems to slow down depending on frame rate. 30FPS has normal framerate, 60FPS has minor issues, 90 FPS has less issues, and 120 has extremely sluggish mouse movement.
