Steps to Reproduce

1. Reach S-Rank as Trickster

Explanation

Trickster's power no longer notifies the survivors upon hitting S-Rank with laughter map-wide when using his power both as Trickster and using MiNA.
Survivors can hear the S-Rank music if Trickster reaches S-Rank while nearby and still hear the activation of the power itself
