Anyone else got the same issue or happens to have an explanation for it, specially at the end?

Steps to Reproduce
- Get caught in Bear Trap
- Survivor trying to free you
- Deathslinger hits you with his Harpoon Gun
Explanation
Survivor got locked from playing the game in any way shape or form (Assuming that the interaction with Bear Trap and Deathslinger Harpoon Gun caused the issue) I add some Clips (German) to show the effect of the bug and hopefully to understand more as to why i was able to get free at the end of the game...
