This is most frequently occuring when playing against console players due to their significantly prolonged load in times. Also happens when a survivor has disconnected during tip screen load in but server has not caught up to detect it, though this is less frequent.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load into a match with at least 1 Survivor and 1 Killer
  2. Survivor loads in either before or after Killer gains movement during load in (this can be intentionally reproduced by limiting fps to 1 upon load in)
  3. Camera and movement state becomes inconsistent and bugged

Explanation

If a survivor for any reason loads in at a different time than the killer (faster or slower), the killer will enter a bugged camera and movement state. For some killers such as Ghoul, this can permanently affect visibility of their powers, like Ghoul's Kagune becoming invisible for the match.
