Additional Notes & Comments:	In the video provided, when I drop the pallet I attempt to flashlight the ONI however I can’t so move from left to right in confusion, after he makes me scream again I end up being able to use flashlight again, this happened multiple times throughout the match

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use iridescent family crest
2. Demon dash in blood fury and slam the ground causing survivors to scream
3. Survivor can no longer use flashlight for a random period of time
4. Or, if oni makes you scream again sometimes flashlight will work

Explanation

Oni causing issues where unable to use flashlight when you scream during his Blood Fury due to Iri family crest. Perks used were: phantom fear, nurses calling, lethal pursuer, eruption
