Thanatophobia no longer provides visual debuff indicators

Actual Result:	When Thanatophobia triggers, there are no pop-up warnings and no debuff indicators.
Expected Result:	When Survivors are afflicted by Thanatophobia, a popup should appear in the top-right that warns them, and a debuff indicator should appear in the bottom-right.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Survivor
2. Play against a Killer running Thanatophobia
3. Have any Survivor become injured so the perk activates
4. Begin repairing the generator. Observe red/slower repair progress, with no debuff indicator.

Explanation

Thanatophobia no longer warns Survivors when they are affected by the perk with a visual debuff indicator. Additionally, the popup icon in the top-right no longer appears, either.
