Additional Notes & Comments:	Perk currently clearly takes into account only if the survivors head is toward the killer and not really if the survivor actually sees the killer himself. Like by the description of the perk survivor should see the killer to activate the perk not just have his head turned towards them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip a killer with Phantom Fear
2. Another player looks at the ground while facing killers direction
3. Observe that the survivor will activate the perk even if the killer is nowhere in their view

Explanation

Phantom Fear activating even when survivor does not even see the killer. I noticed this when playing normally one time as I was staring to the ground as I knew killer had it so was not going to look at him. Still when my head turned towards the direction killer was and I was still looking at the ground the perk activated.
