Knockout (Remix) tome quests do not work, and can't be completed as they do not provide the aforementioned randomized loadouts.

I have actively selected a quest where I am supposed to receive four random perks; the game also indicates that it is selected, but it does not show in the menu that I have equipped random perks.

Quests with perks being randomized don't work in Tomes

Tome Quest Not Working Tome: Tome 20 - Mythic Quest: Knockout (Remix) It will not randomize the perks at all even after loading in to the match with the mission selected.

Tomes with 4 randomly assigned perks don't work. Players spawn in with no perks and then wipes the preset.
