I've seen multiple other complaints about this same issue on Reddit and other chat forums. This needs to be fixed A.S.A.P.

Explanation
The 'Knockout (Remix)' tome challenge for killer won't work whatsoever. I have tried selecting it with every killer, selecting it with an already empty loadout. I've even tried restarting my game multiple times, but it refuses to randomise my perks.
