Additional Notes & Comments:	Didn't seem like Deathslinger could shoot through the one on the stairs. Hard to tell if it's just invisible textures or if there's actually a gap there.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to RPD East Wing.
2. Go to the area near the stairs.
3. Look at the walls.

Explanation

On RPD East Wing, there are five spots where a small vertical strip of the walls are either missing or offset.
