Additional Notes & Comments:	In the screenshots you can see that, for example, I have the first level of prestige on Kate Denson, but I already have the third level of her perks on Sable Ward (obtained in the Bloodweb), when I should only have the first level of perks

Steps to Reproduce

1. Buy any character or perk in the Shrine of secrets
2. Upgrade character's blood web level to the first prestige (if you bought the character)
3. Upgrade any character's blood web to gain perks up to the third level

Explanation

You can get the 3rd level of any character's perks already after receiving the first level of prestige, although according to the rules only after the third OR after buying only first level of perk in the Shrine of secrets.
That is, if you buy, for example, Kate Denson and upgrade her to the first prestige, then you can get the second and third levels of her perks for any character in the blood web, although according to the system's idea, only the second and third, respectively.
Or if you buy, for example, the first level of the "Head On" perk in the Shrine of secrets, the second and third will appear in the blood web themselves, there is no need to buy new levels for iridescent shards.
