Steps to Reproduce

1. Ever since the streetwise rework, I have been running some variation off Ace in the H*** + Streetwise + Appraisal + (Plunderer's instincts/Moment of Glory/Apocolyptic Ingenuity)
2. I have never hit a visceral add on.

Explanation

Ace in the H*** does not drop Visceral addons despite it saying it does since the update. I have plundered over 1000 chests and not gotten a single one.
