Actual Result:	The survivor's audio is only heard on the second part, but not the first.

Additional Notes & Comments:	It's a very minor bug and purely audio, but the original screams were heard as soon as doctor used his power (either shock therapy or static blast) and sounded better. Note that when doctor tiers you up halfway with shock therapy, the short scream is heard as intended. I'll also put two videos for comparison (one from before the bug and one from the current)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play against doctor
2. let doctor tier you up with either shock therapy or static blast
3. Notice that the scream is a bit delayed beause the first portion of the scream is missing

Explanation

I noticed that when survivors get electrified against doctor (specifically when tiering up in madness), the first portion of the audio when they get electrified is missing, making the scream slightly delayed. The original audio had survivors get electrified and letting out a short scream followed by the long scream (when looking up). Currently the short scream audio is missing.
