Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate Decisive Strike by being unhooked
2. Go through a Forgotten Ruins portal
3. Have the killer grab you and hit the perk's skill check
4. The killer will not be stunned and can carry you and/or hook you

Hitting Decisive Strike skill check does not stun the killer on a portal grab in the map Forgotten Ruins
