Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to map Toba Landing.
2. Stand onto the platform, face the s**** to the roof, step a little bit behind so that the bug will appear.
3. Charge Bound, and Wesker will not be able to actually launch bound to the roof.

Explanation

Wesker cannot Bound through the s**** to Main Building 3F(roof) in Toba Landing
