Actual Result:	The pallet SOMETIMES doesn't break after survivors fast-vaults while Dissolution is active.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Damage survivors with either Wesker's Virulent Bound or basic-attack.
2. Wait 3s till Dissolution is active.
3. Let survivors fast-vault pallets.
