Steps to Reproduce

1. Scroll through perks or other equippables.
2. You will see missing icons after 1-2 scrolls.

Explanation

Missing icons when scrolling through perks, offerings, items and addons. Fixed by typing something into search bar or equipping/unequipping something.

The bug was introduced when bots were added to custom games with their new "loadout layout" screen. When that new loadout layout replaced the old layout for players, the bug was carried over. 3+ year old bug by now. Extremely annoying.
