Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip multiple perks that affect vaulting speed (for example bamboozle and fire up)
2. Basic Vault a window
3. See that the vaulting speed is not as fast as it should be

Explanation

Perks that modify vaulting speed on killer are affected by deminishing returns. This was not one of the affected categories listed during the dev stream.
