Expected Result:	Making Survivors be abke to rescue another survivor tapping or doing the self unhook action in the animation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Reproduce? Let's unreproduce this. Idk what this step means (We need more information for this step)

Explanation

When rescuing a Survivor on the hook, and they do the unhook animation to wave hands in front of you. It blocks the rescuer to rescue that Survivor from the Hook. (We didn't used to have this issue before) But lately this has been an issue. It shouldn't block the ability to rescue a survivor. This Bug is a gamechanger in some cases.
