Additional Notes & Comments:	Noticed this in a live game, and tested my guess in a Custom to confirm that the D20 artifact was indeed the cause. I believe I rolled the Eye both times but I assume the Hand would cause the same bug.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtain an item prior to or in a match against The Lich
2. Open treasure chests until you roll a natural 20
3. Pick up the Eye or Hand within the treasure chest
4. Your item is gone for good

Explanation

Picking up one of the special D20 artifacts against The Lich deletes your currently held item. Attuning to the artifact after the fact does not return your item.
