Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a killer that places/summons something.
2. Go to Garden of Joy.
3. Go onto the stairs or the mentioned room.
4. Attempt to use your power in either spot.

Explanation

Multiple killers are prevented from using their powers while inside 2 parts of the Garden of Joy Main Building. The main staircase leading to the second floor, and the room with the dropdown h*** between the generator and the roof access both remove the power prompts from appearing. I did not test every killer but I found that:
Trapper can't place traps.
Knight can't summon guards.
Twins can't unbind Victor.
Demo can't place portals.
Freddy CAN place Snares.

(Stairs prevent some powers, but there's 2 flat landing spots on this staircase which don't work either.)
