Additional Notes & Comments:	Have not tried to reproduce but not sure how often this occurs. I have seen this bug happen in the past tho.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Pain Res (and maybe Jagged Compass too not sure if related)
2. Hook survivor on Scourge Hook
3. Some random gen will get hit with the pain res regression

Explanation

Scourge Hook: Pain Res not triggering on the most progressed gen. The Houndmaster had Jagged Compass and Pain Res. You can see in the clip that the gen at hangman (what I call it) is most progressed at roughly 70%. My gen that I just started working had maybe what, 5%? And when the survivor gets hooked my gen gets**** with Pain Res and not the most progressed.
