No Quarter Affects Teammate Healing Instead of Self-Healing

Actual Result:	Received the Broken status effect after a team mate failed to heal me.
Expected Result:	No Quarter should not proc on anyone who is healing a team mate (not self-healing).

Additional Notes & Comments:	This requires friends to attempt to reproduce. I play solo and do not have friends to attempt to reproduce this.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Face a killer who has No Quarter equipped.
2. I was hooked once and rescued from the hook.
3. Team mate healed me up to when No Quarter procs constant skill checks and failed them.
4. I was left broken and had to heal myself once the broken timer ended. I had to successfully pass the No Quarter skillchecks myself.

Explanation

"No Quarter" affected teammate who was healing me. They failed their skill check and as a result I was left with the Broken status. No Quarter should only affect self-healing, but in this match it affected self-healing and me receiving healing from a team mate. The killer was "The First."
