Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Blast mine
2. Killer has turn the clock
3. put blast mine on
4. killer uses turn back the clock
5. blast mine still applied, no stun, no burn

Explanation

Turn back the clock does not work with Blast mine in event mode, idk if it the same for normal games as well.
