1. Equip Meg's Zipper Hoodie cosmetic
2. Observe hands

Explanation

Meg's Zipper Hoodie cosmetic (Left 4 Dead Zoey torso piece) has some polygon issues with her hands. Her left index seems to have a flesh sliver stuck in it, and her right thumb seems to be bent just a little further than it should be. This is a lot more noticeable in the menu, but it can be seen in gameplay.
