Steps to Reproduce

1. Select The Trickster
2. Equip Killing Part Chords in addon select
3. Load into game
4. D Rank through A rank does not decay at correct values (listed at 50% decay time increase, actual is 20%)

Trickster Addon: Killing Part Chords Values not updated to suit the addon change written in hotfix 9.5.2
