When releasing the charge for Demon Dash, The Oni prances or stutters forward instead of staying in place while the charge winds down.

This is an extremely annoying bug when playing The Oni repatativly and has been present in the game since 8.6.0. Note in the video no forward input is being made when I use the power.

Steps to Reproduce
- Gain Blood Fury on The Oni
- Use Oni's Blood Fury power
- Charge up the Demon Dash ability and let go mid way and you will find the bug there.
Explanation
The Oni prances forward when releasing the charge for the demon dash ability wihtout any movment inputs.
