Regression of:	#2149 Blood Moon Event Pumps Spawning Issue This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.
Actual Result:	Pumps are way too close to each others, making blood generators harder to fill
Expected Result:	They should be AT LEAST a bit more spreaded over the map, having a constant repartition

Steps to Reproduce

1. Just get in bloodmoon event
2. Find pumps (if you can)
3. Just seize the absurdity

Explanation

The blood pumps spawn is broken. They often spawn near each others, and with only 3 or 4 pumps, if 3 of them are close by, it makes games very difficult.
