Steps to Reproduce

1. Hard to know what exactly causes it. But I noticed it after I was stalking a survivor and I looked down whilst stalking them.
2. However if the bug has happened, you will notice it very quickly. Everything just feels off and like there is no animation to anything.
3. Crouching happens really fast and looking up or down gets 'stuck'. If you're looking all the way up or down and try to look oppostite vertically, nothing happens for ~0.5 a second.
