Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Dead by Daylight.
2. Go to Killers.
3. Click The Dredge.
4. Click the Default Skin.
5. Watch the Intro Animation.
6. Click the Eddie's Tribute Skin to Reset.
7. Click the A House Not a Home Skin.
8. Notice there is No Intro Animation.

Explanation

The House Not a Home Skin for The Dredge does not play the Dredge's Intro Animation, where the Dredge emerges from the fog. It instead appears instantly as if it were an older killer with no intro animation.
