Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Exultation
2. Pallet stun the killer
3. Note that item is not upgraded

Explanation

Exultation is not upgrading items consistently. When pallet stunning the killer the held item is not upgraded. I have noticed this happens 100% of the time when injured or when recently injured such as in the clip attached.
