wesker will be able to use his second dash ALMOST instantly (wesker left hand wont change animations as a result)

  2. dash with your first token
  3. try to dash with your second token as soon as possible

This issue was not fixed correctly, it should be reverted becuase the issue was not about the "delay" which i thought it was about but about animation, it's the animation of "resetting hand" that was happening 1 frame earlier than it used to before 9.5.0, the current fix should be reverted and fixed this way that animation of "resetting hand" starts 1 frame later
