Regression of:	#1517 Unable to Cancel or Accept Friend Requests This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.
Actual Result:	requests received stay, friend requests don't send.
Expected Result:	friend requests accepted or sent

Additional Notes & Comments:	also affects sending requests, preventing them from going through.

Steps to Reproduce

1. friends list
2. requests / search for friends
3. accept

Explanation

unable to accept friend invites, or add players. pressing accept on requests does nothing, and requests being sent don't go through.
