Steps to Reproduce

1. Hit a Healthy survivor
2. Activate his power
3. find window
4. vault it
5. and "unbound" does not work

Explanation

The perk "unbound" does not work when The Legion uses his power and vaults a window. It worked with Legion but now it does not work and it always happends.
