Additional Notes & Comments:	Point tech has been in the game for ages and its insane it hasn't been patched out, it's even worse now

Steps to Reproduce

1. Emote while being downed
2. move

Explanation

If a survivor emotes while being hit they both cancel the animation of being knocked down and retain full, crawling, control while being downed. meaning that they have time to crawl to a pallet, away from a wall, through an exit gate and you literally can't do anything about it.
