Steps to Reproduce
- Use the perk off the record and count endurance time
- Read off the record perk description
Explanation
In the perk Off the record, it describes "while the perk is active: you gain the endurance effect". The perk is supposed to be active for 40 seconds, but the endurance effect does not last 40 seconds. The description is inaccurate, or the perk doesn't work as intended. Please read the perk description carefully and consider the post-unhook endurance effect is the same as without the perk
