1. idk why and how this happened
2. idk if it's something in killer's perks
3. I didn't see any addons related to this bug

Explanation

I got instantly sacrificed during my second hook just before the struggle skill checks started. The map was Hawkins against The First, where Stranger Things gate is and there's a hook on the wall there.
