- Either fall, get hit, or get on the hook as survivor.
Explanation
Claudette's Song of Bravery outfit can glitch out, and the bottom half of the dress can disappear at random or can end up inverted to a degree. It appears it can happen at random win falling, loading in, getting hit, or getting on the hook.
