Cybil Bennett's Facial Animation and Hook Scream Issue

Actual Result:	Cybil stares flatly in the menus, and only uses 4 possible screams.
Expected Result:	Cybil has more variety in her facial expressions, smiling. On hook, she is to use from 5 possible screams.

Additional Notes & Comments:	The attached video is from @Dinglings on YouTube, and the hook scream in particular is the 5th and final scream displayed. I consider Cybil my main, and play her far more than any other character and can confirm without a doubt that she used to use this scream in-game.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Cheryl Mason
2. Either equip Cybil Bennett, or have her equipped already
3. Load into a match
4. Get hooked by the Killer

Explanation

Cybil Bennett has a couple issues.

First, her lobby's facial animation seems to be broken. In previous updates, Cybil would smile (albeit her smile would break and disappear when holding an item). Currently she lacks her previous facial expressions, having a blank face.

Second, she seems to be lacking a hook scream. I'm unsure if this started occurring on the 9.4.0 release, or if that's when I first noticed it. Normally, Cybil has 5 hook screams. As of late, only 4 screams play. I've played a large multitude of matches as her, almost 8 of every 10 games.
