Additional Notes & Comments:	I do mean randomly I couldn't find a full way to reproduce it other then just hooking a lot until it happened

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hook a survivor
2. Chance that you will be unable to use upside-down until you hook another survivor

Explanation

The First sometimes after hooking a survivor is unable to enter the upside-down
