Additional Notes & Comments:	I already reported these issues multiple times and i've been ignored.Credits to knightlight for few clips i used.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play the nurse character
2. Use her power to notice she does not move her hand mid blink
3. Use her power to notice she does not play her hand animation when she hits someone
4. Use her power to notice she does not play her hand animation when she misses survivors
5. Use her power and go in fatigue to notice the bugged animation
6. Use her power to notice her arms look broken

Explanation

As pretty much every player of dead by daylight knows the nurse has been bugged for more than two years now.Since chucky released the nurse does not play any animation or plays them not correctly when: she uses her blink to move forward,she hits a survivor after using her power,misses a survivor after using her power or simply goes in the fatigue state after using her power.Furthermore her character model appears to be "broken" since she does not move meanwhile using her power(broken arms issue).
