1. Complete some challenges before the season system revamp update
2. Complete some more challenges after the update
3. Wait for season challenge to refresh.

Explanation

Season 3 lithophage mission challenges offers a scrip more than 13 times, resulting in leftover scrips after performance pass is completed.
