Steps to Reproduce

1. We loaded to the first level as usual and opened the barrier
2. We noticed another player connecting so we didn't open the crates immediately and waited for them
3. As soon as the player had loaded, I opened the weapon crate
4. R.E.P.D moved away from the crate and became unresponsive to any actions

Explanation

R.E.P.D. won't open weapon & grenade crates at the beginning of the level
