Explanation

Hello, unfortunately I have lost all my progress. I played 30-40 hours on Xbox Game Pass on PC a couple years ago, and when I reinstalled now I spawned in as Level 1, 0 everything, but in the base, not the tutorial. Tried a lot of methods I found online, but nothing works. The in-game cloud save menu says "No cloud saves found". Is there any way someone could help me get my lost progress back?
