Hello,
First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for bothering you with such a small request. I care a lot about DRG, and losing my progression has honestly been quite upsetting for me. I’m therefore trying to recover at least some of the things I had on my current account.
I’m following up regarding my progression transfer request, which unfortunately could not be completed: https://app.betahub.io/projects/pr-5632787018/issues/1357
I had left one last message on the ticket shortly before it was closed. Even though I completely understand that restoring my progression is not possible, I wanted to ask if it might at least be possible to recover some limited-time items, especially the anniversary hats from 2022 to 2025, as well as the Viking helmet (I unfortunately cannot remember its exact name).
I am truly sorry for opening another ticket for this, especially for a request like this. Someone suggested that I should at least try and ask, but I understand that this still takes up your time.
