Multiplayer Gameplay Bug - Slow Response and Game Kicks Post Anniversary Update

Steps to Reproduce

1. Since the 8th year anniversary update, unable to play multiplayer games of DRG together.
2. We have played a significant amount of games in the new season prior to this issue.
3. Get the same response regardless of who hosts.
4. From the moment you join the game in the space rig, the response to initial keystrokes is slow.
5. As you exit your pod on the space rig, the game lags and the doors take 1-4 seconds to open.
6. Difficulties if the joining player orders beer (it usually doesn't come out, and no one else can order the beer).
7. Tried wired and wireless networks.
8. Updated all system drivers (DELL and Nvidia update).
9. Verified game cache.
10. Restarted and waited to see if the issue would be patched out.
