Character Level Shows Wrong To Party Members

Steps to Reproduce

1. Host has various differently-leveled dwarves.
2. Host sits AFK in the Character Selection screen in the bunk.
3. Another player joins the party (I used Steam)
4. Notice Host's dwarf level may not match the actually-selected dwarf's level.
5. Host may see the correct number. Joining teammate might not.
6. Host can then select a character, and it corrected itself live on my screen.

Explanation

Teammate's Character Level (red) shows wrong level. We just got this teammate to level-25 Engineer last night, and are about to start on the promotion. I advised that using Engineer at level-25 was xp-waste, so she tried all 3 other classes meanwhile. Each was leveled to level-3. I joined her party and noticed that, to me, it appeared that her Engineer was selected, but the level is showing 3 not 25. It shows correctly on her end.
If it matters, she's AFK on the character selection screen at the time I joined.
